Thought of the Day: Causality Dilemma

According to Random House Dictionary, CAUSALITY is defined as,

"The relationship between an event (the cause) and a second event (the effect), where the second event is a consequence of the first."

So here is an example of a causality dilemma:

Do we eat to exercise?

OR

Do we exercise to eat?
