The NBA is testing a new skin tight jersey in the All-Star game this year. The jersey is essentially a compression tank top that ballers usually wear underneath their jerseys. But now the players have the option to make their compression layer the actual jersey. So who will wear them? We'll find out on February 14th, 2011 at 8 pm EST on TNT.
