Check this sh*t out! Akai developed this portable MPC for the iPad 2. The pads are back lit and the genius swing design makes the MPC super portable (also the MPC doubles as a protective case for your iPad 2).
The MPC Fly works with the MPC Fly iPad app which has a huge library of samples, drum kits, effects (delays, bit crusher, etc.), and the ability to sample from your iPod music library. Dope!
Once you create a song the system allows you to transfer it onto a Mac or PC or upload it to SoundCloud, Facebook, or Twitter.
