Kid Cudi Previews "King Wizard"

Oh snap, time for another sneak preview of one of our favorite artists in the game. This song, "King Wizard" is off Cudi's upcoming album Indicud. Sounding like some new age sh*t with more of that top 40 feel again, the one we've been missing from Cudi in recent months.

I think it's a dope song preview and I like how he keeps it real by just flipping on the MacBook camera and hitting record. No egos. No gold chains. No watches. Just a real guy working hard on his music. Reminds me of myself.

Complex: G.O.O.D. Music [Interview]

Complex Magazine interviews the members of G.O.O.D. Music for their August/September 2012 issue. Check out some of the pictures and a behind the scenes video from their interview below.

Here is a snippet from their interview:

What does G.O.O.D. Music mean to you?
Big Sean: Quality—the best. Kanye put himself in a class that nobody can match, as far as evolving, progressing, and taking the best of what we learn and making more out of it. So the brand is just being the coolest. We dress the best, we rap the best, we sing the best, we look the best. [All laugh.] It’s about getting the money, but it’s also about changing the world and doing what the fuck we want to do.

Pusha T: And knowing that it’s limitless. That’s the biggest thing that comes with G.O.O.D. Music. You get so much, and the fans get so much, in fucking with this brand. From G.O.O.D. Fridays to these 30-minute movies in the Middle East...

Kid Cudi: —made on a whim.

Pusha: There’s just so much that comes along with the brand, as far as showing people that we can do what we want. There are no limitations.

NEW: "Mercy" by G.O.O.D. Music [Music Video]

The visual for Mercy is here! Cruel Summer dropping soon.

Appearances by Kanye West, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Pusha T, Kid Cudi, & Rihanna. I like the concept behind the video...but I think it could be better visually. I would suggest keeping the background black and white but keep the rappers in color.

Thoughts? Comment!

Kid Cudi Making Himself Look Good on TMZ

Fresh out of the club, looking more than slightly intoxicated, Kid Cudi shows us what its like not to have a care in the world. Give the media the middle finger, the valet a couple hundred bucks, and drive away. Classy.

My question is, why would a celebrity ever feel the need to drive home? When you make millions a year can't you afford a limo ride or at least a cab? Just thinking out loud...

WZRD: Kid Cudi & Dot Da Genius on Learning the Guitar

Complex sat down with WZRD to talk about how they learned to play the guitar and bass. No lessons? I wonder how far you can progress without formal training? Guess we shall see!

P.S. Check out Dot rocking the Detroit Red Wings fitted. I see you!

NEW: WZRD by Kid Cudi & Dot Da Genius [Album]

Today marks the release date of Kid Cudi & Dot Da Genius' new album WZRD. I haven't had the chance to listen to it yet but the people at Complex wrote a complete online cover story HERE.

Via Complex, "WZRD was no big-budget studio affair—they recorded most of the album on the road in a tour bus, or in Cudi’s basement studio in the Hills."

I'm excited to hear what the album sounds like...

Check out WZRD's Love Hard below. What do you think?
