This is very interesting...the Boston Police Department just released various documents linked to the Craigslist Killer. Included in the documents was this subpoena of his Facebook information. What is interesting is that Facebook has been extremely confidential about their subpoena process. In fact, this is the first time anyone has seen a Facebook subpoena.
The printed document includes his wall posts, photos, a list of friends (which have been blacked out by the source), and a table of login and IP data. Crazy!
Two things I have learned from this. One, nothing is truly "deleted" from the internet. Two, you better not say anything you don't want the police to see on social networks.
