Hold on to your hats, Pioneer is blowing the competition out on this one! They just announced the release of the all new XDJ-AREO, a wireless digital DJ deck, the first of its kind!
That's right, now DJ's can swap wires for Wi-Fi with a click of the mouse! Connect music from you smart phone, tablet, laptop, or any other device with Wi-Fi capabilities, and BAM! You're rocking out!
You can also save chunks of playlists' on your Wi-Fi devices and directly drag them to the decks, already cued up and ready to go!
These decks come standard with built in 24-bit audio interface, a two channel mixer, and just about all the cue-point triggers, FX and filters you'll ever need as a live DJ.
Going on sale later this month, it's looking like these decks might be rather pricey (about $1400), but for the serious DJ this might be a convenient, worth-while expense that will save you loads of set-up time and lots of headaches!
